User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any services provided by Shield Trade Inc. (“Shield Trade”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to comply with this User Agreement and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Prohibited Activities Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Shield Trade platform.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to sanctions or barred from receiving services under applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service or close your account at our discretion.

3.⁠ ⁠User Verification

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. We may request documentation to verify your identity, including:

• Government-issued ID.
• Social Security Number (U.S.).
• Proof of address.

Shield Trade may suspend or terminate your account if verification is incomplete or fraudulent.

4.⁠ ⁠Services Provided

Shield Trade offers:

• Crypto asset buying, selling, and custody.
• Portfolio tracking tools.
• API access for advanced users.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service and reserve the right to modify or suspend features at any time.

5.⁠ ⁠Custody of Digital Assets

Shield Trade acts as a custodial wallet provider. While you retain ownership of your assets, Shield Trade controls private keys on your behalf. We may use third-party custodians or cold storage solutions.

Shield Trade is not a bank and your digital assets are not FDIC or SIPC insured.

6.⁠ ⁠Risks Disclosure

By using Shield Trade, you acknowledge that:

• Digital assets are volatile and speculative.
• Transactions may be irreversible.
• Regulatory developments can impact your use of services.
• There is a risk of loss due to system failure or cyberattack.

You assume all risk related to digital asset use and trading.

7.⁠ ⁠Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or market manipulation.
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission.
• Access other users’ accounts.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

8.⁠ Fees

Shield Trade charges fees for transactions, withdrawals, and other services. Signals are a mandatory fee on account when trading performance is low and are required to continue trading and get full access to account features which may include but not limited to active trading and withdrawals. A 15% charge is also charged on withdrawal of funds from Shield Trade. Fees are subject to change with notice.

9.⁠ ⁠Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Shield Trade may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this agreement, suspicious activity, or legal requirements.

Upon termination, we may require identity confirmation to release assets.

10.⁠ Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under [American Arbitration Association / JAMS] rules.

• No class actions allowed.
• You waive your right to a jury trial.

This section survives account termination.

11.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

Shield Trade is not liable for:

• Losses due to market volatility.
• Service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access (unless due to our negligence).
• Regulatory changes affecting asset availability.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in fees over the past 12 months.

12.⁠ Modifications to Agreement

We may amend this agreement at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of Shield Trade constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13.⁠ Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict of law principles.
